These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any Tiny2Shot website, app, product, or service (collectively, the “Services”). By using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Using the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You must provide accurate information where requested and are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or reverse engineer a Service except where law expressly permits it, violate another person’s rights, or use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Ownership and license
The Services—including their software, design, text, graphics, brands, and other content—are owned by Tiny2Shot or its licensors and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
Your content and feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Tiny2Shot the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and transmit that content to operate the Services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, features, billing periods, and renewal terms will be disclosed at purchase. Payments may be processed by an app store or third-party provider and are also subject to its terms. Except where required by law or the applicable store’s rules, purchases are nonrefundable. You may cancel a subscription through the provider used to purchase it; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Third-party services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Tiny2Shot does not control and is not responsible for those services, their content, or their practices.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a Service. We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or where required by law. You may stop using a Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny2Shot and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services. Tiny2Shot’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the relevant Service during the prior 12 months or US $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Tiny2Shot is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections available where you live remain unaffected. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue informally.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Services evolve. We will post the updated Terms and effective date here. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
